Why a Menu Bar App
The app lives next to your WiFi and Bluetooth icons. Click, reply, done. You never leave your current workspace or lose focus on your code.
A small number next to the icon shows open tickets. Red for urgent, orange for high priority. You always know if something needs attention — at a glance.
New ticket? macOS notification. Click it, the ticket opens. Grouped by site, respects Do Not Disturb. It's how notifications should work.
The popover opens fast and closes when you click away. Perfect for "check and respond" workflows. For longer conversations, detach the window.
Everything You Need
Ticket List
All open and pending tickets, sorted by priority. Filter by "All", "Assigned to me", or "Unread". Display ID, subject, site name, and age at a glance.
Quick Reply
Open a ticket, type your response, press Enter. The reply is sent and the status updates automatically. No browser, no page loads, no waiting.
Internal Notes
Toggle between reply and internal note with one click. Notes are highlighted in yellow and only visible to your team — never to the client.
Quick Actions
Change status, priority, or assignment directly from the ticket view. Dropdown menus with your workspace members. No need to visit the full web app.
Conversation Thread
Full ticket conversation in a clean thread view. Client messages on the left, your replies on the right. Internal notes highlighted. Screenshots inline.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Global hotkey to open the popover. Cmd+Enter to send. Cmd+Shift+N for internal note. Esc to go back. Built for keyboard-driven workflows.
Keyboard First
Built for Mac
Native SwiftUI
Built entirely in Swift and SwiftUI. A true macOS citizen — not a web wrapper. Respects system appearance, accessibility, and macOS conventions.
Keychain Auth
Your login token is stored in the macOS Keychain, the same secure storage Apple uses for passwords. Encrypted, sandboxed, and protected by the OS.
Real-Time Updates
WebSocket connection for instant ticket updates. New replies, status changes, and assignments appear immediately — no manual refresh needed.
macOS 14+
Requires macOS Sonoma or later. Distributed as a direct download (.dmg). No Mac App Store required. Launch at login optional.
Who Is This For
If you're an agency or freelancer using the BlockForge Support Center — where your clients submit tickets through the WordPress admin widget — this app puts those tickets right at your fingertips.
Instead of keeping a browser tab open to check for new tickets, you get a badge counter in your menu bar and native macOS notifications. Reply in seconds, not minutes. Keep your focus on code, not on tab-switching.
The app is designed for the "check and respond" workflow: see a notification, click it, reply, move on. For longer troubleshooting sessions, detach the ticket into its own window.
The macOS Support App is coming soon. Set up BlockForge and the Support Center today — when the app launches, your tickets will be waiting in your menu bar.
